In 2020, Flyash Australia achieved Zero Harm across all depots for the first time since lag safety indicators and environmental incidents commenced being recorded in 1994. This was achieved, in the midst of a pandemic, through a significant effort across FAA – top to bottom reform of how we manage, regulate, talk about, educate, report and thread safety through everything we do. This major achievement, led by SHEQ Manager Mark Fullick, was a direct result of the focus and ongoing commitment of each person in FAA to our SHEQ program. We will continue to improve in everything that we do so that everyone goes home safe every day. Congratulations to the entire team on this huge achievement!
